The incident has been resolved since 17:19 (CET). The root cause has been identified and the situation is now back to normal. The Public API and Yousign application are operating as expected.

Since 17:03 (CET), our customers may experience HTTP 500 errors on the Public API and intermittent instabilities on the Yousign application.
Our engineering teams are currently investigating the root cause. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
