The incident has been resolved since 04:56 (CEST). The root cause has been identified and the situation is now back to normal. The Public API and Yousign application are operating as expected.

Since 04:26 (CEST), our customers may experience HTTP 500 errors on the Public API and intermittent instabilities on the Yousign application.
