Identity verification provider maintenance – AES and Verify Nov 5, 2026 12:00-14:00 CET

One of our providers will perform scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, November 5, 2026, between 12:00 and 14:00 CET (11:00–13:00 UTC). A service interruption of about 10 minutes is expected during this window.

Expected impact during the interruption:

Advanced Electronic Signature (AES): signer identity verifications will appear as failed to the users (error message). However these verifications will be automatically unblocked by our teams once the maintenance is over. No action is needed on your side and no retries from signers are necessary.
Verify (ID Verification, bank account (IBAN) verification, Proof of Address): verifications will not fail, but processing may be delayed. They will be processed as soon as the service is back to normal.


All other Yousign services are not affected. We will update this page when the maintenance starts and when it ends.

All seal requests are successfully accepted by our application and API, and no request has been lost. However, sealed documents are currently made available with a delay.

The backlog is already decreasing and processing times are returning to normal. We are closely monitoring the situation and will share an update once the delay is fully absorbed.
