Following the last scheduled maintenance https://yousign.statuspage.io/incidents/w8by6ht56rk6, Yousign's (yousign.com) SSL/TLS certificate will change on the production environment on Tuesday, March 22nd 2026 at 10:00 PM CET. No interruption of our service is expected.

Important Network Update: New IP Addresses for Yousign Services Apr 30, 2026 12:00-14:00 CEST

To improve infrastructure resilience and scalability, new IP address ranges are being added to the Yousign platform.

Are you affected?

This update concerns organizations applying strict network security policies, specifically:
- Incoming Traffic (Webhooks): If servers only accept requests from known IP addresses.
- Outgoing Traffic (Corporate Firewall): If the internal network restricts outbound connections to specific IPs rather than domains.

📅 Effective Date: April 30, 2026

âš  Action Required:

Your technical team must update your security configuration (Firewall / Allowlist) to authorize the new IP addresses below before this date.

New IP addresses to ADD:
- 57.130.41.144/28 (Range: 57.130.41.144 -> 57.130.41.159)
- 51.38.96.112/28 (Range: 51.38.96.112 -> 51.38.96.127)

Current IP addresses to RETAIN (Do not remove):
- 5.39.7.128/28 (Range: 5.39.7.128 -> 5.39.7.143)
- 52.143.162.31
- 51.103.81.166

Impact of inaction:

If your configuration is not updated by April 30, communications with Yousign may be blocked (webhook failures or inability to connect to the API/App).

Impacted Yousign environments:

- Production: https://yousign.app & https://api.yousign.app
- Sandbox: https://api-sandbox.yousign.app

For any questions, please contact the support team at support@yousign.com.
