Incident impact

On 20/09/2002, Yousign solutions were unavailable from 13:37 CEST to 13:55 CEST. Customers had difficulties to connect to our solutions, the signing process was difficult during this period.

However no data was lost during the incident and all services were able to resume normally

Root Cause Analysis

The problem was related to a network maintenance performed by our infrastructure provider who encountered difficulties while performing the task.
