Monitoring

Quick update on the QES degradation reported earlier today.

Since 16:27 (CEST), we have not observed any further errors, and QES signatures are completing normally.

We are currently confirming with our identity provider that the root cause has been definitively resolved. We will keep monitoring the service closely and will send a final update once we have this confirmation.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing a degradation of the Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) service.

Since 15:40 (CEST), some QES signature attempts are failing intermittently (during the identification part of the flow). The failures are random: when an error occurs, refreshing the page and retrying usually allows the signature to complete. A similar degradation was also observed earlier today, between 14:50 and 15:05.

Signers who already have a wallet are not impacted: their signatures are working normally. Only signers going through the identity verification flow to obtain a new wallet may encounter these errors.

We are in contact with our identity provider to resolve the issue and stabilize the service. We will share a new update as soon as we have more information and a clearer view of the impact.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
