Monitoring

Between 10:44 AM and 11:16 AM, all customers experienced service delays.
From 11:16 AM to 12:30 PM, the impact was limited to a subset of customers.

The incident has been fully resolved and is now closed.

The queued messages are currently being processed, and we should return to normal within a few minutes.

Investigating

We're currently experiencing delays in the processing of some eSignature requests sine 10:47 CET.

Signature requests are still being properly handled.
